How it works

Stop the flow
Stopcock off or local isolation valve closed, depending on where the leak is. Damage stops within minutes.
- Step 2
Release trapped water
Controlled hole in the ceiling at the lowest point of the bulge, buckets underneath. Better than a £4k ceiling collapse at 3am.
- Step 3
Cap & secure
End-feed or compression cap on the cut pipe, water back on to the rest of the property where safe, immersion turned back on if it's the cold side.

Book the proper repair
